Publishing Consulting

There are three main types of publishing: self-publishing, hybrid publishing, and traditional publishing. The first step is to figure out what the right path is for you (I can help with that!). If you decide that self-publishing is the way to go, then working with a consultant is a smart move. It will save you time and money and is the best way to make sure your hard work does not get lost in the sea that is over a million books published each year (!). I’ll get you connected to award-winning editors and designers and we’ll create a book that can hold its own next to a traditionally published book.

Operations and Project Management for Creatives
If you want to focus on your creative work instead of stressing about timeline, budget, and team communication then you should work with a project manager.
PM includes ideation, design, implementation, and creating schedules and systems that empower us both to execute your vision.
This service is for creatives and entrepreneurs who have mastered their trade and need help implementing their vision. They need someone beyond an executive assistant who can wear multiple hats, is a quick learner, and is an excellent problem solver. In this role, my clients have referred to me as their Chief of Staff, Project Manager, Operations Coordinator, and Integrator.

Book and Writing Coaching
You are being called to share your expertise and experiences with the world in one way or another.
